Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 21 September 2026.

Cancel any time. Cancel from your account page (Account, then Manage billing); cancellation takes effect immediately in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again.

No refund on purchase. The subscription is a digital service that starts the moment payment is confirmed. By subscribing you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the purchase is not refundable, except where the law of your country grants a right that cannot be waived, or under the Faults clause below.

Renewals. Renewal charges are non-refundable. Every subscription renews automatically; cancel before the renewal date from your account page if you do not want the next period.

Faults. If a fault on our side stops you using the service for more than 48 hours, we extend your subscription by the same time or refund the affected period, at your choice.

Termination for breach. Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms (including any automated extraction or credential sharing) are not refunded.

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for purchases on this site.
